The Collaborative Process is a method of resolving a dispute whereby each party voluntarily agrees to work with a specially trained attorney, and sometimes other allied professionals, with the goal of reaching a mutually agreeable settlement that focuses on the specific interests of the parties. The Collaborative Process gives clients the ability to be an active participant in negotiation and to create personalized solutions, instead of leaving the decision of the outcome to a judge. The process can be more efficient and effective than traditional litigation in terms of both time and money, with the added benefits of protecting privacy and preserving family relationships.

Liberty lives in Hampton Township with her family and is also a Hampton High School graduate. Liberty attended Webster University for undergraduate and then went to Syracuse University College of Law.
