Dvonya Sedlacko, is new to the Medicare and Insurance world. She joined her mother, Crystal Manning, as a licensed Medicare Advisor with Crystal Clear Medicare. She also brings the ability to help clients with individual under 65 insurance, as well as, life insurance options. Prior to her entry into the insurance world she worked as a technical recruiter, working with a global company recruiting top tier tech jobs for a trading company. In December 2022, she welcomed twin boys and chose to make a career change to allow her to stay home and raise her family and make her own schedule.

Dvonya graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 with a BA in Communications, followed by a Master;s Degree in Professonial Writing from Chatham University in 2011. She has been a part of Orange Arrow, a non-profit organization, since 2013, where she serves as the HR/intern and volunteer manager. Dvonya lives in Wexford with her husband, Jewell and her twin boys, Kallen and Xavier. Dvonya is an avid lover of sports especially basketball and football. She also loves traveling whenever she can.
